Olavi Miller
Expert of the Foresight CentreOlavi holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany and has additionally studied economics at doctoral level at the University of Helsinki. He has worked as an economist at the Central Bank of Estonia in both the Research and Financial Stability Departments. He has also been invited several times there as a visiting researcher. In addition to his public sector experience, Olavi brings nearly six years of expertise as an Energy Markets Strategist at Eesti Energia.
