Annika Uudelepp

Annika Uudelepp is an international expert on governance. Since 2017, she has been working as a senior advisor at the OECD, advising the governments of the Western Balkan countries in the implementation of governance reforms.
Annika is a founder of the Commercial Association Tuleva and one of the launchers of Tuleva. She has worked as the Head of Praxis Centre for Policy Studies and as Secretary General of the Ministry of the Environment, as well as a lecturer on governance, law and society at Tallinn University. Annika has participated in the drafting of many policy analyses and has published numerous comments and articles on politics and governance.
She is a graduate of public management from Tallinn University with research experience at Oxford University and holds an MSc (cum laude) in public management from Tallinn University.
